"While Red Bull have at least got out of the garage and managed 13 laps so far, they are clearly still in trouble. The turbo is not kicking in on fire-up in the way it does on other cars, and there is a distinct smell of burning from the car after it has been running - suggesting those overheating problems are far from solved. All the Renault-powered teams seem to be suffering from similar problems, with electrical and software issues blighting their progress. Meanwhile, the word among the teams is that Mercedes and McLaren look in good shape, and Kevin Magnussen is impressing many people up and down the pit lane."
I don't think Vettel will order a bakers dozen donuts this season.

This is refreshingly good for F1.

I don't have any ill will towards Seb, I just want to see some good racing. If you took Seb out of many of those races, there was some good fighting in places 2-7 or so. I'm looking forward to it.

Too early. Hell, three races in is still too early.

No. It isn't too early to tell. Red Bull may indeed solve their problems and they may indeed be a dominant car, but they are having very serious issues at the moment. Adrian Newey has even admitted they were too aggressive with their packaging of the car for the Renault engine's cooling requirements. After I posted this Red Bull came to a stop on track and when the car was hauled back to the garage there was a distinct burnt smell to the car. They ran no more laps and just 11 or 12 in total today bringing their testing total to ~35 laps. In contrast Mercedes has done close to 500 laps.
